The ESG-pre‐screening tool records and analyses data on general ESG‐relevant topics, in order to create an ESG snapshot. Within 15 minutes of filling it out, you will receive an email with a visual depiction and quick overview of your current ESG performance/readiness.

2. What is the ESG-pre‐screening tool?
The ESG-pre‐screening tool is a digital questionnaire for evaluating and benchmarking the ESG performance (environmental, social and governance) of an organisation. The test was developed to determine quickly the areas in which companies must improve in order to strengthen their sustainability report and level of maturity.

3. What sort of data do I have to provide?
The company must provide data on general ESG‐relevant topics. You have to provide general information about your company (e.g. industry, size, country, contact information) and you should know general information about your company’s ESG system. The tool gathers information to offer a snapshot of your ESG performance, which covers aspects regarding environmental impact, social responsibility and governance practices.

4. How long will it take before I receive the results?
Users can expect to receive their ESG rating within 15 minutes of providing the required data via the tool.

5. Are my data protected and handled confidentially?
All data provided to the ESG-pre‐screening tool are treated confidentially, in accordance with our privacy guidelines. The tool adheres to strict data privacy measures, and the information will not be passed on to third parties.
